Heute ging es mit meinem gesundheitlichen Befinden wieder abwärts und ich konnte noch mal wieder meinen Arzt aufsuchen. Ich komme mir vor, als säße ich in einer Erkältungsachterbahn, bei diesem ständigen Auf und Ab!
Natürlich ist mein Foto für heute kein aktuelles Bild (schön wär's!), aber nachdem ich keins für heute habe, bin ich bei my4hens vorbeigekommen und habe mir ein paar ihrer Freebie Actions eingepackt und damit herumgespielt.

Today I felt poorly again and visited my doc once more. The cough is still teasing me and I can't resist it anymore. It feels like I'm sitting in a roller coaster with all these ups and downs of my health.
